Today, my daughter Neha turns 5. Happy Birthday, my love!! You cannot imagine the joy you bring to my life. My wish for you is that your choicest dreams and the desires closest to your heart come true. I have posted some pictures of my little angel taken on her special day!
She had her friends over for lunch. They had a great time. Now this mommy is sooooooo tired after all the cooking and running around for the past week organising her party and surprise. We gifted her a room, all done up. She was thrilled seeing her room in hues of pink. Yes, I think she is ready to move in too. Wish us luck!

People, I baked that cake myself. And I am so proud of it. I thought it might help to add a close-up. :D (Now you know what made me so tired. Except for chips, nothing was store-bought.) I have passed on your wishes to her and she is thrilled. Thank you.

Agnes: You bet. She has this tell-tale twinkle in her eyes especially when she has spotted an opportunity to wreck havoc. I can sense it with my eyes closed. :D

Reflections: Oh, she had a ball. We rounded off the day by spending it in the swimming pool for about 2 hours. That I was tired, would be an understatement.
Why don't you just put Agnes out of her misery? You cruel woman, I can just see you laughing wickedly at all this!!!!!
With all the scanning she is doing, she is going to catch you unawares one of these days! What say, Agnes?
Bins I already promised Agnes tht I'll send her my pic b4 the end of the yr & u knw I always keep my prmises whether i like it or not;-/.
Infact nowdays my thoughts automatically go to Agnes when I'm standing for a pic;->.

Swaram: How I wish Nancy could make it. I have been married for 5 years and am still waiting for Nancy to visit. But I can't blame her. She makes these whirlwind trips. They have so much travelling to do when they visit India. Swaram, anyway u like travelling n all. how abt xmas in Dubai?? :D
Swaram: We tell ourselves tht v'll visit Butterfly every single time we decide to vacation in India but somehow doesnt work out in the end;-S & then we promise ourselves "Next time, surely next time".
